Visit Saudi have made it clear to all that go to their website that Saudi Arabia is opening its doors to the world.

On Friday, 27th of September when The Kingdom released the news that it had begun issuing tourist visas to individuals planning to visit the country. The news was announced at the Open Hearts, Open Doors Saudi Tourist Visa launch event that e-visas and visas upon arrival would be available to nationals from 49 countries.

The multiple entry, e-visa will hold a validity for one year and allow individuals to stay for a period of up to 90 days at a time. In order to register for the Saudi e-visa, individuals must visit https://visa.visitsaudi.com/ and create an online account.

Please see below for a list of all 49 eligible countries from which nationals are permitted to avail the KSA tourist e-visa. Tourists from countries outside of the 49 listed below are advised to apply for a consulate visa through their local Saudi Embassy or Consulate.

For individuals that intend on travelling to Saudi Arabia for business purposes it is not permitted to obtain a tourist visa. Individuals must obtain a business invitation letter and follow the relevant channels in obtaining a single/multiple-entry visa for up to 5 years (dependent on nationality).
